Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at JPG Electronics

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based business, our policy is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. 14-Day Cancellation Right (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel: Please notify us in writing by emailing sales@JPGElectronics.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return window: You must send the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a legal right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.Within 30 days: If your item develops a fault

within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

After 30 days: If a fault develops after 30 days (and up to 6 months), we reserve the right to repair or replace the item first. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you will be entitled to a refund.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for the following types of items unless they are faulty:

Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised products.

4. How to Return Your Item

Email us at sales@jpgelectronics.com with your order number and reason for return.

Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Post the item back to us at: JPG Electronics , Shaws Row , Old Road ,  Chesterfield S40 2RB

Please note: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.We process refunds swiftly, this will be no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods back from you.
