Rare Plessey SL6270C gain controlled mic preamp SL6270

This was a very popular VOGAD ( Voice operated gain adjusting device ) chip used in audio automatic gain control systems, transmitter overmodulation protection etc. They were made by Plessey. It is no longer manufactured and is now difficult to obtain.

They are new and unused and stored in anti-static conductive foam.
