there are a few minor marks and the leather on the case is slightly warn see the pictures
Sangamo Weston 0/100 & 0/5v Bakelite voltmeter in case model S61
the volt meter measured 0 to 100 volts dc when you press the button on the side it measures 0 to 5V dc the resistance of the meter is 1000 ohms per volt
When I say Bakelite I am not a plastics expert but that is what it looks like to me
I could not get a good photograph of the meter scale because of the reflections I got with my camera
